Admiral Lord West becomes a patron
It gives us great pleasure to announce that Admiral Lord West of Spithead is to be one of the new patrons of the National Military Working Dogs Memorial.
Representing of course the Senior Service – The Royal Navy, who in turn will be represented by Judy of Sussex on the Memorial.
Admiral Lord West agreed to be patron for the National Military Working Dogs Memorial but laughed at the fact that by 1992 the RAF Police Dogs used to get paid more than the human sailor!
