The National Military Working Dogs Memorial team were delighted to be invited to the Dog Fest Show in Tatton Park last weekend.
“It was, by far, the friendliest festival I have ever been to,” explains NMWDM founder, Emma Ward. “We received such a warm welcome from all that attended the Dog Fest and great interest in the charity from passers by.
Emma & Becky were delighted that Clare Balding visited the NMWDM stand. “Clare is a truly inspirational woman and even though she was being pulled away by the media team, she made a point of coming over and speaking to the team.”
Elaine Cook and her mum, Pat also had the honour of meeting celebrity vet, Noel Fitzpatrick who thanked them for the hard work with the charity.
The team collected £650 over the two days and made some great friends – both the four legged kind and two.
