Delivery
Please allow between 3-5 days for standard delivery orders to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed please email us at info@nmwdm.org,uk so we can review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. We only deliver within the UK at this present time!
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We’re sure you will love our products, but If you need to return/refund an item, we’re here to help:
Simply contact us on info@nmwdm.org,uk and return the product with all original packaging along with the order confirmation email, within 14 days of the date you purchased the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if conditions are not met.
Refunds are not available on sale items.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
After the 14-day period we can only offer store credit
